So you wanna be a Brightman..

So, my friend Fe forwarded me this little gem with this side note: "The US needs to step up its game."

Eh, yeah. Couldn't have said it better myself. Was not expecting that.

Wow! WOW!!

Get ready to visit an alternate universe folks because like Simon stated, "this just shouldn't be. It's like a dog meowing." Or, something like that. This rebel-yell hides a most unique gift.

Wow!

Well, you can't judge a book by its cover. What a (talented) shocker!

I looked at your title many times and yet still read it as "So you wanna be a Batman..."

Somehow I kept thinking about Batman! :)

Like a dog meowing ... or a whale flying like a bird. I like the gender-busting unexpectedness! Always interesting to see people break out of defined boxes. :-D He seemed just a tad off a few times, but nonetheless very talented!

Yeah, this is really shocking!

It brings back the memory of some unconventional European singers of the 80s (Klaus Nomi, German, he used to sing beautiful opera with his contratenor voice, using heavy make-up and very unusual costumes. Unfortunately he died of aids in 1983; and the weirdly wonderful Nina Hagen, who didn't pass the exams to be an opera singer in Berlin, but proved to be a revolutionary punk opera vocalist).

So welcome to Weirdland. They sometimes have interesting music and surprising stuff there, like Greg Pritchard!

Thanks for the vid, it was refreshing and very original!

Isn't he just great and he did a pretty good job of packaging himself. Absolutely inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
